Butterfly Valve Lockout

What does a butterfly valve lockout do?

A butterfly valve is used to regulate fluid flow. A butterfly valve lockout device locks the valve handle in position (off) so that the flow is isolated from the system downstream.

Manual butterfly valves may have one of three handle types:

Lever handle (pictured)
Pull handle
Handwheel
